After leaving Unico Properties in February 2022 where he was Vice President of Development, Luis reestablished his consultancy, Adan CM-Consulting as Principle and Owner, bringing with him decades of experience in the built environment. As a Senior Executive, he has several years of commercial development experience in two major markets: Southern California and the Seattle Region. Luis moved to the Seattle Region in 2007 and has been involved in over 8 million square feet of office development in the Seattle market, working with prominent development teams in the market such as Schnitzer West, Urban Visions, Vulcan and Unico.
I want to use my experience in both private and public sector development to help our Filipino community with public works contracting.
