Ethel Vural, FACPNW President

Ethel Vural, CMAA | President

I have a passion for a positive impact and change which is deeply rooted in my belief to not forget where you came from and always leave your space better than when you arrived. FACP brings all that in one organization, aligned with its mission of elevating, educating, and empowering our Fil-Am brethren in a highly competitive construction industry we live in. I measure my success not by the number of buildings I helped built, but by the number of construction professionals that I was able to help along the way in becoming better than me.

My Role:

Ethel Vural is the current Associate Director - Program Management Office, Global Real Estate & Facility for Seagen. She brings a varied background with more than 25 years of experience with different project delivery methods. She is also an educator and a mentor, leading students from primary to graduate levels either in a classroom or in competition.

When I started Rolluda Architects there were no other Filipino-owned architecture firms in the area I could reach out to for advice and mentorship. Now that I’ve had my business for 20 years, I’d like to share some of my experiences (good and bad) that may help and encourage other startup Filipino-owned firms.
