After leaving Unico Properties in February 2022 where he was Vice President of Development, Luis reestablished his consultancy, Adan CM-Consulting as Principle and Owner, bringing with him decades of experience in the built environment. As a Senior Executive, he has several years of commercial development experience in two major markets: Southern California and the Seattle Region.
